help you identify available farm transfer options, find the farmer who
best matches your specific operation, and develop a linkage plan to ensure
a smooth transfer. The staff works to match farmers who share compatible
goals and needs, and it also refers farmers to appropriate contacts in
their region to help plan the transfer.
