One of the most recognizable spokespersons of Wisconsin agriculture, Alice in Dairyland is a public relations professional working for the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. She travels throughout the state, nation and world to promote Wisconsin products to audiences of all ages, educating the media, youth and civic groups about the many facets of the state's agricultural industry

Current Alice - Meet the 62nd Alice in Dairyland
Cheryl O'Brien is Wisconsin's Alice in Dairyland.  As Wisconsin's agricultural ambassador, Alice in Dairyland will play an important role in educating urban and rural citizens alike about Wisconsin's vital agricultural heritage and its impact on our future. She can expect to log more than 40,000 miles, visit 100 schools, and make nearly 300 appearances for Wisconsin agriculture.

History of Alice
From its wholesome and pastoral beginnings following World War II to today's high-tech age of instant media access, Alice in Dairyland has grown and changed with the times.

Past Alices
The women who have been Alice in Dairyland have come from across the state, and they have gone on to become some very influential people in corporate America as well as back home in rural Wisconsin.  They’ve paved a legacy for the Alice in Dairyland program.

The 2010 Finals
Rock County will host the 2010 Alice Finals on May 20-22. Mark your calendar now to attend the 63nd Alice in Dairyland Finale Banquet & Program on Saturday, May 22. More information will be available at www.aliceindairyland.com.
