Application Period Open for ADD grants
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection is accepting applications for its Agriculture Development and Diversification (ADD) grant program. Proposals must be received by 5 p.m., March 15, 2010.

Boscobel Horse Seller Pays Penalty for Forging Animal Health Documents
A Wisconsin woman has been convicted of not testing animals as required and then forging documents saying she had. This leads the State Veterinarian to caution livestock buyers and remind veterinarians of the need for vigilance.
